Whether you’re new to Pilates or new to our studio, we recommend starting with our complimentary intro session. You’ll get an hour long private session with one of our expert instructors for free. She’ll show you the ropes and get to know you, then recommend the classes and sessions that are right for you.

Before Your Pilates Class

Your health and safety are our primary concerns. If you have an injury, had surgery recently, or are pregnant, please contact us before signing up for a Pilates class.

When taking class, wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Long jewelry may catch on the equipment, so leave that at home or take it off when you arrive. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so we can show you around and have you complete the necessary paperwork.

Bring a water bottle and be ready to move. You’re going to love it!

Terms & Policies

  • Out of respect for our instructors and fellow clients, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you know you can’t make a Pilates class or session, please contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged (and so another student has the chance to take your place!).

  • Take a break from technology: please leave your phone with your personal belongings during the duration of class.

  • For the health of all our clients, we ask that you please refrain from wearing perfumes and scented lotions at the studio.
